In Stock Order
In stock items vary. We have access to about 400 saddles in stock, but with so many options available, it is not possible to have every model and/or seat size / tooling design in stock. We try our best to keep a large variety on hand for you to choose from. Contacting us is a great first step to find out what's available.
Once we have located an item that suits your and your horse's needs, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order. Once your item is ready for shipment, you will receive an email to keep you in the loop on your shipping status. Check that tracking number frequently to see possible updates of arrival times.
If we do not have what you need, we can order it in for you. It takes about 2-4 months to finish your saddle,
Depending on the volume of orders received prior to yours. We work hard on building your desired dream saddle as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that it is a craft and takes time for completion.
Fast Track Service
This service puts your Special Order to the front of the production line for an upcharge of $125. Please inquire about this option, it's not always possible to do and has to be confirmed by Headquarters first. We will not charge you this fee if it is not possible.Return Policy
Change of mind returns
Comfort Fit Saddle Shop, LLC accepts change of mind returns within 14 days on all in-stock merchandise connected to a restocking fee of $100.
The 14 day period begins when you receive the item either by mail or in person and ends on the 14th day in which you have had possession of the items.
Please return the product on day 15 and provide us with tracking information via email to: Contact@ComfortFitSaddleShop.com
Excluded are all special order items as well as items that have been reduced in price (such as demonstration saddles and clearance or used saddles). All reduced merchandise is a final sale.
Saddles and tack have to be returned in like-new condition. They must be clean, and free of dirt and hair.
Comfort Fit Saddle Shop, LLC reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $75 for saddles and $25 for tack, in case the products are soiled.
Shall the returned products be returned damaged or in a unmerchantable fashion, Comfort Fit Saddle Shop, LLC reserves the right to retain all or a portion of your payment as it sees appropriate (depreciation value).A prior quote cannot be given without us having the saddle or tack in hand to assess.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Comfort Fit Saddle Shop, LLC will accept product returns and provide you with repair, an repairs, exchange, store credit or refund when:
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality or The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
If you cannot present your Comfort Fit Saddle Shop, LLC online invoice or another acceptable proof of purchase, we reserves the right not to offer repairs, exchange, store credit or refund.
The determination whether or not a product is faulty, is solely up to Comfort Fit Saddle Shop, LLC and/or DP Saddlery LP. We reserves the right to determine what to offer to make up for a faulty product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary, depending on the style of saddle you are ordering and your location. If you would like to know your shipping costs ahead of time, please send an Email request to Contact@ComfortFitSaddleShop.com and provide us with your complete mail-to address as well as which saddle you are interested in, and we will send you a quote. Shipping costs are non-refundable.Payment options
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, checks and cash. When paying with a check, please understand that your items will not ship out until your check has cleared. If you're not registered with PayPal, PayPal will put a temporary hold on your payment that usually clears within 24 hours. You can still use PayPal. In any case, please discuss your options with us personally. We enjoy giving personal customer service and value our customer satisfaction.
Payment plans (layaway)
Payment plans are available at 0% interest. Automatic billing is set up via a contract and your credit/debit card will be charged accordingly. There is a one time office fee of $50 to begin your payment plan that is non-refundable.
We will work within your budget to create a monthly payment you can afford. A 25% down-payment is required to start your payment plan.
You can also opt to send us a check once per month or pay cash, whichever you prefer. Your merchandise will be held for you until payment is complete. We do not ship out items that are not fully paid.Taxes
Sales taxes are charged in Alabama as well as at tradeshows. They are based on your local sales and use tax.Demonstration saddles, Clearance
We offer a 14 day trial period, in which you can ride the saddle and see if it's going to be the right fit for you and your horse. Please see our return policies for more information.
We do not keep demonstration saddles on hand that can be shipped out to ride in. We have too many models, sizes and variations so this is simply not possible for us. If we do have a previously ridden in model in stock you can opt to purchase it at a reduced price. Any item marked as clearance is a final sale and cannot be returned.
